- Support requests for purchased products should only be submitted through the Skyto Aviation Group ticket system.
- Support for purchased products will be provided solely by the sellers, and Skyto Aviation Group assumes no responsibility for providing support for the product.
- Before making a purchase, please carefully review the product’s quality, other buyers’ reviews, user comments, user ratings, image albums, product descriptions, etc.
- There is no possibility of returning purchased products or refunds made to the wallet under any circumstances. Please make your decision before conducting any financial transactions.
- Defective products or products with issues will be removed from Skyto Aviation Group after confirmation by our experts and if the issue is not resolved by the seller.
- Clause 7-1: Refunds to user accounts (users who have purchased only the defective version and have not received the intact version of the product) will only be done as wallet recharge, and the user can purchase another product from Skyto Aviation Group.
- Any advertising of other products, discussions about other markets, and insulting others in comments and support tickets will result in immediate blocking of the user account without prior notice. The user’s account balance will also be blocked, and the user will be deprived of the right to file any complaints.
- Selling and distributing products on other markets and websites is prohibited. If it is proven that a purchased product has been sold by you on other sites or social networks either for free or even if it is determined that the user is using the product on multiple sites by purchasing a single copy, Skyto Aviation Group has the right, on behalf of the product seller and in support of the rights of the sellers, to suspend your access to future versions of the purchased product and, in case of repeat offenses, block your user account.
- Skyto Aviation Group is not responsible for any failure to fulfill its obligations during critical situations such as natural disasters, war, rebellion, civil unrest, explosion, strike, government restrictions, and sanctions. However, in such cases, we will make our utmost efforts to mitigate the effects of these situations. The occurrence of any of these critical events will not exempt buyers from the terms of service, and sanctions or the impossibility of currency exchange will apply to both sellers and Skyto Aviation Group.
- By paying the invoice amount or becoming a member of Skyto Aviation Group’s website, the buyer accepts the terms and regulations of Skyto Aviation Group and no signature from the buyer is required.
- Skyto Aviation Group is responsible for the complete protection of the buyer’s personal information and will only provide the requested information of a person based on a judicial order and legal necessity.
- Skyto Aviation Group’s services are provided as they are, and no express or implied warranties are included. Furthermore, no guarantees such as compliance with the buyer’s requirements, defect-free nature, security, etc., are provided. All written and verbal guarantees regarding Skyto Aviation Group’s services provided by employees, representatives, or others are invalid, and Skyto Aviation Group does not assume any liability for the performance of the provided products in any way. Under no circumstances will Skyto Aviation Group be liable for potential incidents such as loss of site information.
- The proven maximum amount of damages payable by Skyto Aviation Group to the buyer for any type of service or product will be limited to the cost paid by the buyer for that product, and Skyto Aviation Group will not be liable for any damages exceeding this amount.
- Changes to the agreement: The agreement for using Skyto Aviation Group’s services is subject to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
